T2 EXTENSION APPLICATION- OVERSTAYER

Dear Forum Members
Posting on behalf of my flat-mate.

He has now been provided a COS and he is ready for application for extension. He hold a degree from UK university.

His only worry is he has been an over stayer for more than 28 days. But this is in two occasion.

once for 15 days and the other time for 18 days. Can that be a problem for his application.

Please advise.
