Dependents extension

Dear all
I have recently granted with ILR and I am extending my wife and son' visa tier 2 general extension.
|However I am confused on the application form question as follows

What is Mrs...sponsor licence number?
Is Mrs work in a shortage occupation?
What is the length of Mrs xxxx Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)?
Has Mrsxxxxxx sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance?

Will I used the old COS in applying my wife/child? this does question I think is irrelevant since they are dependent with me not in my employer.

Hopefully you are applying for the dependent visa and not tier 2 general. Which link/form are you completing?

This seems to imply you are applying for a main tier 2 general visa.

You are required to complete your previous CoS information where it is ask

I think I am on filling the correct form for dependent visa extension
Its clearly stated PBS-dependent partner/ PBS-dependent child
that why I am confused why it prompted me with irrelevant question.
Plss help

So you're wife is the main application and child as dependent. Somewhere the form will ask about you and it is your previous tier 2 info you enter.

Yes, so does it mean that my wife can answer the above question in reference to my previous COS?

It should state your name as the previous tier 2 general main visa holder though as far as I understand and based on what other members have posted.
