Tier 2 Visa Help

Post by NAPVS » Wed Aug 28, 2019 1:39 pm

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 General Visa. My current leave to remain expires in March 2020. I am currently pregnant and hoping to start my MAT leave by end of January 2020.

I want to know how would my current leave to remain work? if my employer is not willing to extend my Visa.

Do I need to inform home office about my pregnancy and if so When should I inform home office?

Thanks

If your sponsor is not willing to extend your visa by providing your with a UCoS, you either have to leave the UK by the date your visa expires or switch to another visa you qualify for.

No.
