Dependent visa delayed

Hi,

I applied for my daughter's visa (Tier 2 General Dependent) from India on 18th June on a priority service. Since she was already in ICT Tier 2 dependent (my husband), we were given two option
1. withdraw the application and file again along with my husband application
2. my husband apply for Tier 2 general dependent

We chose the 2nd option and my husband applied for the visa from UK and got the decision on 1st August.

We were anticipating post that, she will get her visa but haven't received yet.

We have been following up with UKVI call center but they keep saying its is progress. I have escalated, waited for 15 working days and then re-escalated but haven't got the decision yet.

We also wrote to local MP and he forwarded twice to home office but no response.

Since I had to join the office, I had to come to UK and my kid is in India.

Can someone please let me know what else I can do to escalate and get the decision asap.
