Switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 ICT Dependent

Hi,

I am looking for some help on switching from Tier2 ICT to Tier2 ICT-Dependent.
I am working on Tier2 ICT visa sponsored by my company. My visa is also working on separate Tier2 ICT sponsored by her company (both of us are working in different organisations).
My visa is about to expire soon. So I am planning to switch to Dependent visa on my wife's ICT visa.
My query is
- Can I get dependent visa without going to India?
- If Yes, what is the procedure to process this visa?

Just to clarify, I am already in UK right now. And looking to for help in processing Tier 2 ICT Dependent from UK itself (without going to India).
Is it possible to get this dependent visa from UK? And how to apply/what is the process?
