Visa application form queries - Residential Address, Maintenance fund proof etc.

Currently I live and work in the UK on Tire 2 ICT dependent visa. My employer applied for the RCoS and we are waiting for the result.
Meanwhile I am going through Tire 2 application form, there is couple of information required which is quite confusing for me.
I understood that I have to go back to my country for file the visa. It will be very helpful if someone guide me on following queries:

Queries about application form:

• 1. Residential address - Should I mention UK address as I live in the UK or local address of the country from which I will apply for visa?

• 2. Travel history (UK) - there is a question, "Select why you were in the UK": I am working as a dependent, so is it okay to mention as "Work" or something else will be appropriate?

Queries about supporting documents:

• 1. TB Test - I heard that TB test is not required if someone continuously stays in the UK for more than 6 months legally?

• 2. Maintenance fund - I maintained maintenance balance in my UK account for Conservative 90 days. Does UK bank statement is fine while
