Tier 2 visa

Dear all,

I have applied for Tier 2 visa using Priority service on the 14th of October. I then submitted my biometrics on the 17th October and received an email from DMC of Sheffield on the 18th October. In my CoS the starting date of my job is the 25th of October, would the case worker would consider this situation to make a decision on my application?

They will make a decision on your application once they have completed what they need to complete, this could potentially be after your proposed start date.

Would not affect the decision when the case worker notice that the starting date is already gone!

No. Your sponsor can update the starting date in the SMS system.

You cannot work until you have the visa, so your starting date will likely be later anyway.
