More than 3 years and up to 3 years visa

Hi,

If in my CoS, the difference between joining and resigning date difference is 3 years 2 month, do I belong to up to 3 years slab or more than 3 years slab? For more than 3 years slab I have to pay twice.

What do you mean by "joining and resigning date"??

If your cos was assigned for more than 3 years, then that is what you have to apply for.
