Switching from ICT Tier 2 PBS dependent to Tier 2 general Visa

Hi,

I am currently Working in UK under ICT Tier 2 PBS dependent Visa and my current employer is now ready to sponsor me.

Could you please confirm the below to make sure they are applying the correct COS to me -

1) What should be COS type and what category it should be.

2) what should be the Work Start Date and End date in the COS as i am currently working for the same company.

3) Currently I am working as a developer and as per new list published in October 2019 i am coming under Shortage Occupation Code list now. Does my employer still need to perform RLMT.

4) what steps should my employer take to assign the correct Cos to me.
