Tier 2 dependant - Limited Company - ILR application in the future

Post by farazmir » Sat Dec 21, 2019 2:18 pm

Hello everyone!

I'm on a tier 2 dependant visa, and I got a contract job offer. I have been advised to take the 'limited company' route to maximise what I earn on contract, and there are good accountants to advise on how to go about this.

My only concern is - will there be a problem with this when I want to apply for ILR in the future?
Want to weigh my options before I take a decision on this.
Thank you!

As a tier 2 dependent there is no restriction on this. Not sure why you believe there is one.
