I have a very worst experience with HO Admin Review process. I applied PBS Dependent Leave to Remain in Oct 2019 and got BRP with 1 year less validity. My representative applied for Admin review post several communication with BRP team in first week of Nov 2019, however, the outcome came on 10th Dec 2019 which states that my application was successful. Hence, I was waiting for the new BRP (corrected date) should come to me by post, however, it never happened. When I inquired from BRP team they mentioned that there is no BRP other than the last one. Now, it seems like my application has been stuck.I am not sure what is my status now. My representative is keep on asking the money every time he is following up with HO. I am not sure what to do. Can some one advise me like how to tackle this situation? I am more worried for emergency travel case.
