Tier 2 ICT - Need Help

Good Morning experts,

I have a specific scenario for which i need your help/advise.

This is related to Tier 2 - ICT, please find all the details below. Is there any chance of getting ILR for this case? I really appreciate your help. Currently i am in the UK and will be here till the end of my current VISA.

No, you don't qualify for ILR based on 10 years long residence as you have absences of more than 180 days in one go, the most recent being when you left in August 2014 and only returned in October 2015.

You also don't qualify for ILR based on 5 years residence as ICT does not lead to ILR based on 5 years residence.
