VFS technical glitch

Hi I have applied tier 2 visa general migrant for me and tier 2 dependent for my wife on 6th July 2020 .

On 7th July i got a message that your application has forwarded to UKVI.

On 8th July i got a message your application is processed and passport has been dispatched via courier.

On 9th July i got a call from VFS that your application is still under process and message was sent due to some technica glitch .

Does anyone experienced such type of thing .
