T-2 Employer sponsored visa- few questions

Hello all,
This is my friends account as I do not have an account on the forum yet. I am going to setup one today.

I am a Doctor with NHS and came to UK in October 2019 on one year contract. I am going to change the hospital will work for, which means different NHS trust/employer. I have received the new sponsorship letter and need to apply for visa now.
My questions are:
1) I assume I can apply from within UK. I do not need to go back to India and apply form there again?
2) Can you please advise which form I should fill up or direct me to the internet page where I could get all info?
