Post by wrongtime17 » Fri Sep 18, 2020 11:46 am

Hi All,(posting it on behalf of my friend)

I am currently in uk on tier4 visa which will expire on 30 sep 2020.
i am planning to switch to Tier2 general visa under (tier 4 graduate to tier 2 ).with in uk .

here my question is the work start date on the CoS from my sponsor.
what date can my tier 2 sponsor put on the cos as my work start date.
can he put a work start date after the expiry of my current tier4 visa ,which means 1st October 2020 or later also.

that means after my current visa expiry ,how is that going to impact me or my immigration status in this country

please help me gurus....

I think If the work start date is after your current visa expiry you will have to leave the U.K. and re enter. May be someone else can confirm this.
