Unpaid leave calculation

Hope everyone is well.

Can someone advise whether the four-week unpaid leave permitted under T2 includes weekend?

The HO guide for T2 and 5 employer (see link below) states that 'The 4 weeks is worked out according to the migrant’s normal working pattern. An example of this is if the migrant works 3 days per week (3 days x 4 weeks)'.

In my case, as I work five day a week, I am entitled to 20 working days of unpaid leave. What about the weekend (8 days in total) in between? Most companies' HR policy found online just says 'four weeks'.
