Work Restriction - Tier 2 Dependant Visa

Dear Sir/Madam,

Currently, I am holding Tier 2 Dependant Visa and it is going to expire in April 2021. I have already submitted my application of Indefinite Leave to Remain early this month, I am now awaiting for reply. Currently I have been offered a clerical full time job from a small consultation firm with annual salary of £12500. My question is as below:

(1) The consultation firm is really small, it is only less than 5 staff including the director. The consultation firm do not have Tier 2 Sponsorship. Please could you tell me if they are eligible to hire me?

(2) With my current visa status, am I eligible to work for the above mentioned company? If so, is there any restriction e.g. work hours?

1. You are free to work for any employer except the restriction printed on your visa. There is no requirement that your employer must be a tier 2 sponsor.
