Tier2 PBS Dependent Extension - IHS Top up link

Thanks in advance for your reply.

I made the tier 2 pbs dependent extension application for my wife and my daughter and got a reply email from the home office saying that I still need to pay IHS charges of £600 within 10 days. Also mentioned in the email that once payment is made and confirmed through email "WandSContingencyCaseworkDocumentReturn@homeoffice.gov.uk" and not given a top up link to pay.

I have google and tried to pay through "https://www.immigration-health-surcharg ... ment/start" asking all the details again and showing 3 years IHS charges for both my wife and my daughter. Also tried any option to put an IHS reference number which paid while submitting the application or Application Reference Number but could not find it.

I have replied back to the same email and did not get any reply so far.

Could you please let me know is there any way to pay the IHS excess charges through any link using IHS reference or application reference number

or

Please give me any email/links etc and suggest me.
