ILR Application for PBS Dependant(Main Applicant already has ILR)

Hi,
I completed 5 years as PBS Dependant of my husband in April 2020. My huband was on Tier 2 General Visa until Nov 2019 and got his ILR in Dec 2019. My Current PBS dependant visa is valid until 2023.
1. Can I apply for ILR now since I have compelted 5 years as a dependant? I have passed the LIUK test and have got NARIC certificate for English
2. In my ILR Applciation, for the question 'Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain.' should I choose 'Tier 2 Dependant' ? (There is no ILR Dependant option)
3. If i choose 'Tier 2 Dependant', it then asks for the Main applicant's visa category. Should i choose 'Tier 2 General' there? Am confused if ILRis still counted as a Tier 2 General Visa .There is no option to choose for ILR.

3. If i choose Tier 2 General for my husband, it then asks for a VAF number. Where do i find this? I used the number on the top right corner of his BRP to fill the BRP number field. Is VAF number the same?
