LTD COMPANY SPONSORSHIP

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have a LTD company in UK and i am the lonely director. I found an employee in India who has good experience in IT. I guess she need Certificate of sponsorship letter from my Company.

1. Is my LTD company eligible to apply to sponsor licence?
2. Can you please let me know what are the documents needed for sponsor licence?

your help would be much appreciated.

For obtaining sponsorship kindly liaise with a solicitor as they would help you on documentation that needs to be submitted to HO
