PBS Dependent Viza application extension when the main dependent has applied for ILR

Dear Forum members,

Let me thank you in advance for your time and feedback.

I have applied for an ILR application and booked an appointment on 11th of January.
My wife has joined me in UK since January 2020 and received the PBS dependent viza expiring on 7th of January 2021 (as my current Tier 2 viza expires on that date too).

I am in the process of preparing my wife's application, and I hope you can help with answering the below questions:
1. I have filled in the application form using this https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner;
2. I have accessed the IHS website to pay immigration surcharge, and have the following questions:
2.1 The form asks for the "Work Start" and "Work End" date for my wife. She is a housewife and does not work. Does this instead indicate the intended viza period?
2.2 The form asks for my viza expiry date. Should I mention the current viza expiry date of my Tier 2 General viza as ILR does not have the expiry date?
2.3 The form asks for my viza route, I guess the new name for Tier 2 General is Skilled Worker, so I have chosen that;
2.4 We are planning to apply for additional 4 years of viza extension for her. Is there any limit for the period (i.e. 3 years)? She has already lived in UK for a year.
3. As a residence of proof for her, can we provide the following?
3.1 She is receiving a treatment from the hospital. We have few mails from the hospital with the address on it;
3.2 Invoice from zalando.com for the delivery of a shopping.
3.3 Rental agreement where both our names are mentioned.
*** She does not have a bank account and all utilities are under my name.
Are the above listed documents sufficient?
4. Is there a template I can use for providing the financial support to her? Appreciate if you could provide the url.
