PBS Dependant to Tier2 General/ SKilled Worker Visa

I am PBS dependant of my wife who holds tier 2 general visa.
I have spent 3 years on PBS dependent of her and before that 2 years I was on ICT tier 2 main holder.
Now if I change to Tier 2 General / Skilled worker visa , how long I need to live in UK in order to apply for ILR? does my 3 years on PBS considered?

5 years as dependent or 5 years as skilled worker. Or if you reach 10 years legal stay, ilr based on long residence if you meet all the requirements.

Not for ilr based on 5 years residence no. You need 5 years as skilled worker or 5 years as dependent.
