I need to inquire about myself who will be applying as a UK Skilled worker Dependant along with my wife, who is main applicant.
I was recently(9 months ago) arrested for alleged domestic violence by my wife and was released same day in evening without any charge and "no further action". I was then issued with a DVPN (Domestic Violence Protection Notice) and later a DVPO (Domestic Violence Protection Order) by magistrates court which prohibits entering the house and meeting alleged victim for 28 days.
I WAS NOT CHARGED OR GIVEN ANY FORMAL CAUTION.
My wife was didn't think it would be a big issue and she is ready to support in any correspondence.
We both re-united after the DVPO deadline.
Does this come under any 1/2/3 year waiting period to apply ?
Please can some senior member comment how this affects our entire application ?
Should this be declared? If so under which section. None of the questions relate to my case. No conviction and its not a civil court judgement.
Does this need to be mentioned on application form question "Have you ever engaged in any other activities which might indicate that you may not be considered a person of good character"
As there was no conviction or trial or caution, can this be a ground for refusal ?
