Hi folks,
1) Did anyone recently applied skilled worker visa for change of employer using priority services and how long did it take to get the decision?
2)How easy is to get the Biometric appointment availability as I understand priority service counts from the day of biometric?
3) Did you require knowledge of English proof again for the change of employer as I understand if you have submitted your proof of English in previous successful visa application (in my case Tier 2 three years back using NARIC assessment) to qualify for mandatory 10 points)?
4) If it still requires proof of English, can NARIC assessment from Dec 2017 be reused for this change of employer application as I am aware NARIC statements do not have a validity)?

Points for the English language requirement (mandatory)
SW 7.1. An applicant must show English language ability on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in all 4 components (reading, writing, speaking and listening) of at least level B1 (intermediate).
SW 7.2. The applicant must show they meet the English language requirement as specified in Appendix
English Language.
SW 7.3. If the requirements in SW 7.1. to SW 7.2. are met, the applicant will be awarded 10 mandatory points for meeting the English language requirement.
How the requirement is met
EL 2.1. The English language requirement is met if
any of the requirements in
EL 3 to
EL 6 are met.
EL 2.2. The English language requirement is also met by a person applying for entry clearance or permission to stay as a
Student if any of the requirements in
EL 7.1. to
EL 8.4. are met.
EL 2.3. The English language requirement is also met by a person applying for entry clearance or permission to stay as a
Skilled Worker route if:
EL 2.4. The English language requirement is also met by a person applying for entry clearance or permission to stay on the
Start-up or
Innovator routes if the requirements in ELand
EL 7.2. are met.
EL 2.5. The English language requirement is also met by a dependent partner or dependent child applying for settlement if they meet the requirements in paragraph
3.2. of Appendix

EL 3.1. An applicant will meet the English language requirement if they have already shown they met the requirement, at the level required for their current application, in a previous successful application for entry clearance or permission to stay.

Thanks Vinny,
So that means I can mention in the my change of employer visa application that 10 points for English knowledge are gained through the previous successful application and I don’t need to submit any proof (New Naric assessment or English test) ?
Anyone for the recent experience with priority services please?
