Hi All,

I have couple of questions below,

- I have been in UK for more than a year on PBS Dependent Visa, now I am switching to Skilled Worker Visa or Tier 2 from my employer, do I need to show any bank statement?
- what is the difference between restricted & unrestricted CoS? Do I need to ask my employer for any particular type of CoS?

The terminology changed, what was restricted is now defined, what was unrestricted is now undefined. As you'll be applying from the UK you'll need an undefined CoS but your sponsor should know that.
