Switch from current Tier2 ICT to Skilled Worker Visa

Hello,

I am currently working for an MNC employer in UK for the past 2 years under Tier 2 ICT. My current visa is still valid for 1.5 years. I am looking for any options if my current working company can sponsor me to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Skilled Worker Visa. What are the possible options. My salary and Occupancy code is eligible for Skilled Worker Visa and my current company holds the license to sponsor this visa. I have the below two Qs. Can anyone please advise on this.

1. Can my current company apply to switch to skilled worker visa now though I have Tier 2 ICT validity that expires in 1.5 years

2. If point 1 is not possible, can my current company apply for skilled worker visa during my current Tier 2 ICT renewal before its expiry
