Is there a minimum Passport validity for Kids (dependent) visa

Post by deep04 » Thu Dec 02, 2021 8:18 pm

I am currently in UK in ICT Tier2 visa. Now that I have to apply for Skilled Worker visa (got a job). I have a valid passport (till 2027) and all other documents.

My concern is over my kids passports. Their passports are getting expired on 24 April 2022 (roughly 5 months from now). So I need an advice if I should go ahead and submit the application for their visa (along with mine) or should I wait for the renewal of their passports and then only I should go ahead with their visa application?

Regards
Deepak

Passport expiry date is irrelevant. They will get the same visa expiry date as yours.
