Switching PBS Dependent visa to Skilled worker visa

Hello,

I got a question about switching from dependent visa to skilled worker visa. I entered UK in 2016 on dependent visa. I was about to apply for ILR this month but my husband refused to give his details or to sign on consent form.

So, I thought to apply for skilled worker visa as my company was ready to sponsor. But in skilled worker visa application they asked for martial status (I am still married, not separated yet but discussion on way). In the application if I select as married they ask my partner details like name, passport number and all. But my partner refused to give even that.

So I said we are not living together, but they asked the address of where he living, In that address box i mentioned I dont know we might get divorced in future.

So my question does it impact my visa application? What I need to do in this situation? Please help
