Immigration rules for 18+ and dependent visa holder travelling alone

Hi, Can anyone please confirm if there is any restriction on 18+ years old having dependent visa to travel to and fro to UK? Main visa holder is either in UK or home country ( India) during that period.

If the entry clearance endorsement says “to accompany” or “to join” the main migrant and the dependant is doing neither, then they may refuse entry due to a change of circumstances or purpose. It’s probably okay if the main migrant is in the UK, but there may be risks if the main migrant is elsewhere.
