IHS refund for dismissed employee

Hello,

Can you please let me know if it is possible to receive partial health surcharge refund for someone who comes on skilled immigrant visa and then gets dismissed after some time?

It costs about 3,000gbp per 5 years and it doesn't seem fair that if Skilled Immigrant works for a year and then leaves there is no refund at all.

No there isn't. That's why some companies only give 3 year sponsorship initially.
