Wrong Cos

My sister applied for sponsorship but the employer put wrong Cos of undefined instead defined from abroad. Now the Home Office has refused giving tradeable points and given her new steps of administrative review though they have given her a refusal on all mandatory points. The employer has given her a new Cos .Should we apply a new application or administrative review direction Please help

New application with the new CoS.

Admin review is for when you believe ukvi have made an error. They have not.

Just a quick question I still have not received my passport after a refusal for wrong cos.can I email to say I don't want the admistrative review I just want passport
