This is normally paid by the company hiring the migrant, not the migrant themselves.

Based on the amount, my guess would be that the amount is for a 4 year Skilled Worker visa for a small or charitable employer.

That of course does not sound like an immigration fee at all.

Are you paying somebody to get a job in the UK? I'm not sure of the legality of that.

I have an opportunity to go to UK and take up a job. They are funding me to get there so I am sure it's fair I pay it back. I just wanted to check is the amount accurate. I'm sure immigration will be keeping a close eye on employer so they won't he able to cut corners.

You've mixed sponsor and applicant fees in your breakdown. I guess that's the reason why secret.simon commented on the legality of that.

The fees related to ISC, licence, etc. are related to the licence given to the employer to sponsor foreign workers and must be paid by them, these should not be charged to the applicant. I can understand you want the job but you shouldn't accept paying for those. That's not right and perhaps illegal? (as stated by secret.simon)

These fees are the fees that the company would bear to hire anybody outside the UK. That is to say that those are not your fees, but the company's fees.

These are the fees that you would have paid if you were applying for the visa on your own. Keep in mind that the fees are for a single person, with no dependent.

This is a matter between your employer and you. They are effectively giving you a one month loan on your future salary, for the first month.

As an aside, be aware that you would not qualify for ILR (the British equivalent of permanent residency, and the first stage to British citizenship) with a residency for less than five years on the Skilled Worker visa.

To qualify for ILR, you would not only have to reside in the UK for a minimum of five years on the Skilled Worker visa, but also require a letter from the employer that they are willing to employ you "for the foreseeable future".
