Is there working hours limit for skilled worked dependent ?

Dear Team,
Could you please tell me Is there working hours limit for skilled worked dependent ?

Can a skilled worked dependent work so 2 jobs (permanent job & contract) at the same time without working hours limit?

No restriction or limit other than what is stated in the brp card.

In BRP, its mentioned that Restricted work, No work as sportsperson.
