Tier 2 dependent visa extension

Hi,
i'm currently on tier 2 dependent visa, start date DEC 2020 and its about to expire in June 2023. My husband was on Tier 2 general visa and switched to ILR in 2021(on 10 years route, as 10 years came first before his 5 years on tier 2).

Please can you advise, if i can still extended my tier 2 dependent visa using https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/ ... d-children. So i can be eligible for ILR after i have served 5 years in tier 2 dependent visa.

Your help would be much appreciated.

You cannot extend your tier 2 dependent visa if your spouse got ILR based on 10 years long residence. It would only be possible if your spouse got ILR based in 5 years tier 2.

You have to switch to FLR M spouse visa, meeting the English and financial requirements. Your 5 year ILR clock will reset to zero and you will require 2 x 2.5 year visas before you can apply for ILR
