Is PBS Dependent allowed to continue work in the UK, in case main applicant moves to the home country for one month

I am switching the company and serving notice in the current company. I got tier-2 PBS visa from the new company valid for next 2 years. My current company ICT VISA COS is expiring on 28 Feb 2023.
Current company is asking me to serve the notice after 28 Feb at home country:

Q1) Can I Serve notice in UK after 28 Feb on the new Company's VISA
Q2) Even If I have to serve notice at the home country after 28 Feb for 1 month, can my wife stay in UK during that period and continue her job on dependent Visa?
