Fare evasion offence , will it affect tier 2 visa extension ?

Hi,

I was caught with fare evasion yesterday and im pretty sure i will be prosecuted by tfl for this offence. I will be applying or my tier 2 ( skilled worker visa ) extension next year. Will a fare evasion prosecution jeopardize my visa extension application ?

Will not have an impact on your extension but remember to declare it. It is a minor offence in most circumstances unless you end up with a custodial sentence (unlikely)
