Decision overturned

Hello everyone. I have received the following email from the Home office:
The decision to refuse your visa application has been overturned and our office will now proceed to the next stage of your application.
To complete this process we require you to undertake the following steps:
1. Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) payment needed
On 6 April 2015, the UK Government introduced a Health Surcharge payment requirement when applying to come to the UK to work, study or join family for a period of more than 6 months.
2. Once you have made your IHS payment we will proceed to finalise the decision on your application. On completion of the decision you will be contacted by the visa application centre where you initially made your application to request your passport.
have paid the IHS, but I haven't received any other email from them.
Does this mean that the visa has been granted and could someone that has been on my situation let me know how long it may take for them to ask for my passport and to give me the visa once the passport is provided? I have paid the IHS and it has been 6 weeks since I received this email. Thank you in advance!

What is the route you are applying under ?? This suggests that they want to issue a visa

I applied under dependent- of a skilled worker. I paid the IHS right away, but I haven’t received any other email. Do you know how long it might take to ask for my passport?

On what date did you make the IHS payment? Do note that you may have to be contacting HO to find out about progress on the process. In the past it appeared the HO does not attend quick enough to instances of overturned decisions.

I made the payment the same day which was the 22nd of November 2023. I reached my Visa Application Centre and they said they don’t have any information. Not sure how long to wait
