Skilled worker dependent visa

Hi,

I'm currently in a skilled worker visa (~6 months) and will be getting married in March (In India). I will come back to the UK (with Marriage certificate) in March end and will apply skilled worker dependent visa for my wife in the first week of April. I have some queries:

1) Is it mandatory to renew my wife's passport to include my name as spouse? Asking this because we might be only having marriage certificate as a document proof of relationship then. Many speculate that Immigration counters in India might ask for this, however not the case in the UK. Correct me if I am wrong here.
2) Please correct my understanding on the total fees to be paid after application i.e., £6115 ?
Visa Application = £940 (Standard mode)
IHS = £5175 (£1035/year for 5 years)
3) Does marriage certificate require legalization?
4) My sponsor mentioned "yes" to certify my maintenance (dependents if applicable) in my CoS last year. However as I was not accompanied my dependent then, does my wife still have to show the saving of £285 in in her bank account in April?
5) In case the application gets rejected, will I get refund on application + IHS fees?
6) Some additional documents that i am thinking to attach like WhatsApp chat, pictures together, flight travels, hotel booking. Please suggest if i missed out anything here?
