New Limited Company: Sponsor License Eligibility?

Post by assad786786 » Fri Feb 16, 2024 10:19 am

Hello,

I've operated as a sole trader for more than 20 years, managing a garage with 10 employees offering MOT services, mechanical repairs, tyre services, and body painting. Recently, I've transitioned everything to a limited company. Can I still apply for a sponsor license even though my company is newly established?

There is nothing in law to prevent a brand new company becoming licensed. As long as you can produce all the required documents. Obviously the job roles you wish to sponsor migrants for, need to meet the requirements.
