Student asylum seeker. CoS Category and tier?

Hi all... Can someone help me? Please?
I came in uk as student but later i claimed asylum. My asylum is decision is pending.
My University CAS end date is complete.
On my BRP and ARC is stated " work is permitted student "
Now i am switching to skilled work visa but my employer is confused about what is my category and tier COS?

Employer see the following options:
1) Skilled Worker (Switching immigration Category -ISC liable)
2) Skilled Worker (Switching immigration category - ISC exempt)
3) Skilled Worker (graduate in Tier 4/Student Route switching to skilled worker)

Someone told me that is option 3?
Is that correct?
