MENTAL HEALTH NURSE - New Zealand

Hi

I am writing on behalf of my brother in law. He is currently undertaking a course of study in New Zealand so that he can enter the UK as a skilled worker and work as a carer. Is there a ‘how to’ resource anywhere please? Hoping to see what process he should follow.

Not an expert on this but I guess a degree itself won't be enough.
