Skilled worker dependant child visa outcome not yet received after 4 months

Hi,
This year my skilled worker visa got renewed, initial visa was for 3 years and again it got renewed for 3 years. I applied for my kids(7 and 11 years old now) dependant visa in Feb'25 as well as submitted the biometric in Feb'25. It's almost 3.5 months and I haven't received their visa outcome. In May'25, which is after 3 months from submitting biometric and submitting document, I dropped email to "complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk", but apart from auto reply, I haven't received anything back from home office. How can I get update on my kids visa application?

What is the UK immigration status of the other parent of the children?

Assuming that the children are born abroad, their UK immigration status will normally be in-line with that of the second/less-privileged parent.

Assuming that other parent is in the UK, have they (the second parent) applied for an extension of their visa?

Other parent who is also the dependent of mine also has got his visa renewed and extended. Both parent visa got renewed online, but for the children they asked to submit biometric and that's the reason we took appointment and submitted biometric and scanned document.
