Interview and back Noise

Hi,

My friend has SW visa interview in last week. Almost all answered well in interview. End of the interview, he was told by Interviewer and interpreter that someone was telling him answers from Back even interpreter said he clearly heard someone was talking in back.
Family male was sometime talk in low voice. He refused that no one was feeding me answer.

Interviewer closing remarks “might need to do again but need to double check first. There is also confusion when there is interpreter”.

What will happen?
