Dependents allowed to bring in UK or not on skilled worker visa

I have applied my skilled worker visa before 22nd July and visa approved on 9 September. My SOC is 5319 which was under immigration salary list which is now abolished after 22 July. And according to new rules, you can’t bring your dependents in UK. Am I eligible to bring my dependents or not?

What was your UK immigration status before your skilled worker visa?

I was on Graduate visa (PSW).

My job title is retrofitter (Builder).
