Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer Refusal

Hi,

My exisitng Work Permit was due to expire on 31-March-2009. I received Home Office approval with Letter of sponsorship on 22-March-2009. However, I submitted my Tier 2 application and passport on 20-April via Premium Postal service.

As per rules of Premium Postal service, I provided my Credit card details for payment of fees. When I checked with the Credit Card company they infromed me that a payment of GBP 400 was declined as my Card was blocked. This was done to when I used the card overseas. They insist that we inform the bank before travelling. I was not aware that my card was blocked (I scarcely use my Credit card.. once in months) and hence quoted it confidently.

Once I knew of the payment decline, I called up the Immigration services and asked if the application can be presented again for payment. However I was told that the application may have already been rejected.

I do not have leave to remain beyond 31-March but was given PBS sponsorship approval so what will be the consequences of this rejection.

What options do I have now? What would you suggest?

I have been working in UK for 2 years. I am permanently employed and my company is an A grade sponsor.
