Need Solicitor for Sponsor License

HI!
I am doing my own business. I want to sponsor my borther for Tier 2 Visa. He is currently on PSW, please suggest me any good laywer who can help me in getting sponsor certficate for him.
Please recommend few solicitors so i can chose the best from those.
