FLR O from new born baby - online appointment

Im in UK on 5 year WP. Im planning to apply for dependent visa for my baby. Im thinking to use same day PEO service.

However, Im not sure how should I get online appointment. UKBA online appointment is not allowing me as It says applicant should be 16+ year old.

Should I use my own details to get appointment for my baby ?

Any advice much appreciated.

In other words, you cannot 'cause it is not allowed - unless you are applying for FLR and including the child as a dependent in your (own) application.
