Hello,i am lorita,

i would like to ask you:can i apply for a work permit visa if my employer offers me full time contracted job in the future,but they does not have TIER 2 sponsorship licence.

No. the employer must be on the UKBA's register of sponsors if the employer needs to sponsor anyone who does not have the right to live and work in the UK (i.e.- requires visa to live or work in the UK).
