Have anyone received there passport or BRP card who had biometric done before 16th Feb 2012.
I did my biometric on 16th Feb 2012 for change of job. work permit to tier 2.
I'm travelling in another 8 days.
Do anyone think that I will receive my permit? Should I change my flights?

From the timing listed in this forum, it seems to take about 3 weeks to a month to get the BRP. Last year, it took about 4 days but I've had to change my surname on the card and never expected this kind of delay. Even the people at the PEO said it would take about 7 days. I've now been waiting 19 business days. If name changes are taking about a month, then people applying are supposedly going to be waiting similar times. So, you might want to err on the side of caution and change your flight.
