Tier2 visa for myself and my wife

Hi
I am a Indian, presently working in Israel, I had been offered a job in London (U.K). I am planing to apply for Tier 2 visa from here itself (Israel), for myself and my wife (dependent visa). Please let me know what kind of bank statement and other documents I need for this.
